Service Delivery

Delay or failure of service delivery:

Specialist Orthopaedic surgeons Ltd and its doctors or employees shall not be held responsible if circumstances outside our control delay the supply of services. In the event we expect such situation, we will call you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take all reasonable steps to minimise the delay or provide you another suitable available time.

Cancellation of appointment

We understand that something may come up that may prevent you from attending the scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment or you need to reschedule it, you can do it over the phone or via email, and we require at least 12 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment so that we can give your appointment time to another patient who can attend.

If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel any booked services and receive a full refund for any services you have paid for but not received yet. However, Specialist Orthopaedic surgeons Ltd will do the utmost to ensure cancellations are avoided and services are rendered as per schedule.
